Thanks for bringing up the ethical issue. I think I know what you mean, images of children can be easily exploited. However, in this case I feel pretty safe. I bet her dad does not mind (I did not ask, though) - you can not march the streets and not expect to be photographed; the "Dissent" sign is of a some generic meaning; the girl is not a public recognizable figure; and I am definitely not profiting from this image.

Your pix is great - what I was thinking about was parents bringing childs of that age in to a political demonstration - for me kind of strange..

Ooops, my fault, I misunderstood the meaning of word "demos" :) I agree, she is way too young for political process. Probably the parents had to choose between staying home or coming out with the kid.
