Why do some people have huge number of views and critiques? I don't think my photos are that bad. If they are at least people could comment. Does anyone know a way to get your photos looked at more often?

95 critiques for 46 photos works out to about 2 critiques per photos. I think the answer is right there. Why do you think you deserve to get critiques when you yourself dont do much critiquing?

jinju has a point. he has posted 431 images and made 10,077 critiques. i've posted 22 photos and made 243 critiques.

sorry, but you probably need to be more active, that's the way it is.

Your original post actually did ask Why AND How, but that's not really all that important. There are several other threads running on much the same topic Such as this and This

Take some time to read them and you will realise there are many differing opinions on the points system in general and the ways to get your work noticed more.

And we're telling you; be more involved. Critique others and you will get critiques in return. May not be the way you like it, but that's how it is.

Because a new thread on this exact topic seems to get created every third day, and the same answers and arguments eventuate everytime.
