Great simonekarl 2006-06-28 9:21

Pretty amazing effect, and the beauty of it is that it's all natural. What very impressive is the shadows of the seagulls, even from that altitude you can still see them.

Default To simonekarl: altitude

Hi Simone,
the altitude wasn't that big. normally we fly at 700m, but this time it was only 230m. I didn't even use my 80-200lens, but stayed with 28-105.
Regards,
Olga

Amazing , it looks so high, maybe because the birds are so small. Is this how you spot the dolphins too?

yes.
we look through the bubble windows, so we can observe a big area, including 90 degrees down.
we count beluga whales, and they are te easiest whales to spot.
