A very appealing picture with the gentle folds of snow and the stream meandering through the middle. The dark trees create a dark band along the one-thind line, neatly dividing the frame. You have a very soft feel to this picture. Is this the result of NeatImage, smart blur or something similar?

hi Jonathan,
I did use Neatimage here, but it started out quite soft to begin with, especially in the trees. It's also a longer exposure, as I recall, and steam is everywhere, though my camera caught it at its most visible there in the upper third. Thanks for the comment & question! David
