Default HDR Meaning

Hi Santie,
I apologise for only replying now but I missed your message. HDR stands for "High Dynamic Range" and to bring it out one takes three or five images of a stationary scene or object with camera on tripod. One "correctly" exposed and one or two with successive stops underexposed and one or two equally overexposed. The images are then combined into one with your software and it gives a very broad range of tones. Some cameras have Auto Exposure Bracketing which, when set to that, will fire three shots with one a stop underexposed and another one stop overexposed and so you will not need a tripod.
Best wishes.
Neels

PS: You have some fabulous new images in your portfolio.
