Great Longroute 2009-11-06 11:26

Quite an unusual picture: low pov and low sky!
Well the lupin grasses are worth while! (:-) a Photo difficult to forget. It puzzles me how you managed to do it, I mean I can't understand how the lupins are well lit being a contralight... perhaps you used a mirror or a flash?
Quite a fine idea anyhow.

Best regards,

Default To Longroute: Hi Donato

No flash or mirrors, just the ND Grad filter. This filter has a dark half that was placed over the sky so the exposure could be lifted a stop (or two) without over exposing the sky. I did the same thing in PP with layers so got another stop of light in the FG there.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Have a good weekend, Paul.
