Great andante 2009-04-15 6:24

Hello, Fabrice,

The image has the taste-appeal, but I think that it can be improved by:
- shoot from an angle to create stronger diagonals
- have the shadows drop 45 degrees (more or less) to the sides not directly to the viewer.

On the other hand, will try the recipe this weekend... what wine will go with it?

Amities,
Enrique

Default To andante: What wine

Hello Enrique,

I think a french white wine would be better. It could be a Cours-Cherverny, or a Pinot Gris from Alsace, or again a white Bourgogne.
Thank you for your critique.
Best regards,
Fabrice
