What I meant was the feel of 'Depth' could have been brought in using a Specific Duo tone... Not the DOF! The shot itself is superbly composed and taken no doubt.
I Might try some WS to so see...

Though I could get a real close up on the scene, I could not manage the light even with such high ISO....

Most of the outdoor locations have been shown so many times in different films for past 30-40 years, so now...
