France,
Yes, I know I have a limit because my camera is not very good. But unfortunately, I am not in a position to get a new one for awhile. Thank you for your compliments.

Olaf,
I took this photo 5 years ago, back when I didn't know that a 400 kb picture would not look great when printing or even viewing onscreen. Since then, I shoot at the maximum size that my...

Yes, I like what you did to reduce the noise. I just got Photoshop Elements a couple days ago and this is only the second photo I have tried to improve. I have not yet found the Neatimage noise...

Shelly,
Absolutely not offended! Learning about making better photos, whether while shooting them or post processing, is much of what TE is about.

I agree it's too centered. I like the sun on the barn on the right, so I think I would have had better luck cropping out part of the trees on teh left. I'll give that a try and see if it looks...

Vincent,
I looked at your TE photos and see some of your beautiful cloud photos. Wonderful! They give me ideas on how I could have improved this shot.

Yes, I also thought this was a very recent burial, but I wasn't certain--maybe a birthday or other special remembrance day. No, the photo isn't scanned, maybe I just need a better camera

Paula,
Yes, you're right, I zoomed in on this scene from the fortress. I also took a wide angle shot with the snow-covered mountains in the background, which makes for a nice scene too.
