Yes, there will be two of 'em:
The <a href="http://www.texasricefestival.org/Content/Events_Schedule">37th Annual Texas Rice Festival</a> will take place in Winnie, east of Houston from Wednesday, Oct 4, 2006 through Sunday Oct, 8, 2006. In the same period, weekend of Oct 7 & 8, <a href="http://www.katychamber.com/2005_RHF/ ">The annual Katy Rice Harvest Festival</a> will be celebrated in west of Houston.
