All those red tables and chairs really create an eye-catching splash of color. I like the small, colorful flags, too. This spot looks so quiet and calm, but there must have been many people celebrating there just a short time later. It's a lovely view. It's a good composition, and not just for the reflection but also for the diagonal lines and for the pattern they create along with the various materials, including the red tiles. The pigeon is a nice part that gives life to the quite elegant view you spotted.
