The people on the dock wall make this an appealing image despite the concrete and metal of the shipyard. I think it is the lovely light and the strong angle of the yellow crane that makes this such a successful image.

The dock in Vancouver is easily recognizable with the white sails. A lovely image of this large ship docked there - perfect exposure and sharpness, with nothing distracting.

We were in Hanoi a few years ago and it looks much the same. Although there were many motorbikes and scooters on some streets that made it dangerous to cross the road.
The composition is excellent with the couple on the tricycle (not sure what it is called) nicely placed.
