Very nice. I am quite surprised at how clean the cars are, especially the very rare, red "Burlington Route" boxcar. The Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad, which painted their road equipment bright red and black, merged with the Great Northern and Northern Pacific Railroads in 1970, and virtually all of their rolling stock was immediately repainted forest green. Great find! The locking arms across the doors look almost like a ribbon, giving it a holiday feel. Merry Christmas and thanks for the present!

Yes, another intriguing view of the Post Hospital. The harsh lighting and deep shadows indeed give it a sinister feel. The light and shadows on the ceilings inside the building tell the viewer that all lights are out here and further add to the mysterious feel of the image. I'm curious - What is the exterior light source? It seems extremely harsh.

Tudor- This looks remarkably like many suburban communities in the States, except for the brightly colored blue doors. Most community fashion police in the US would have shunned such an expression of individuality. Bravo to Mr. Blue! Rich

Steven- There are many stories in this image. There is a palpable sense of foreboding in the image generally and in the dark upstairs windows in particular. The hallway light in the window at the far left says this facility is still in use, but whatever patients are left in the hospital are down for the night. The dark windows across the main part of the image, and in particular the broken gutter tell us this is an old and well-worn place, and it is perhaps past its prime. Is this same to be said of the patients? Nice Job. Rich

Nelson- Great shot. In the Develop module in Lightroom, click File and Export. You will then see various options, including File Settings and Image Sizing. Here you can set the maximum image size and pixel resolution. I found that by trial and error I can get an exported copy of 204K usually in the second try or so. Give it a shot.

Shaeri- Great shot. The road pulls the viewer right into the picture and the cloud cover looks so three dimensional one could reach out and touch it. I have tried shooting through car windows many times, but have never had such clear results. What does your driver use to clean the windshield?
