Hello, a good pov from the trail near the shore of second lake. The hdr deepens the colors especially of the lake as I found the true color to be more turquoise color. That is a choice of the photographer to make and it is tempting to be creative in the post processing. TFS, Karen

The color is awesome. I love the way things look just before the sun rises and just after it sets. You've captured the moment before the sun rises perfectly.

Steve, where the heck did you find this pool? Is this somewhere on the coast or at the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada. Marvelous blue impression with all the lichens garning the stone. Peter

Hi Steve, Impressive all these colors, not only the lichen but also the sky! I like also the composition of the picture with the mirror effect and these four "cups". Great !
