Nice photo, but I'm afraid it is not The Monument, rather the Paternoster Square Column (not surprisingly located in Paternoster Square, near St. Pauls). The Monument is about a mile away from this location. Took a similar photo to this a couple of years ago. Works well if you put it through a Tilt Shift converter.

Good picture. Like the use of b/w and I think the leaves at the top really enhance the picture. I disagree with Assi on this one (sorry Assi), I think including them was a good decision.

Very atmospheric photograph. Expecting a b/w photo from the thumbnail, I was surprised to see the colour in the foreground - terrific.
