Kris, I like your picture and the informative note. It is certainly evocative of the place. It is a pity that the buildings tend to merge into one another due to your standpoint, but as you were focusing on the equestrian statue, it would not have stood out so well against the blue sky had you chosen a different viewpoint. A little further back and to the right might have been better? For me, an acceptable compromise as it reminds me of the place but to the purist - who knows?
