Beautiful picture! The details are very good and there is almost no noise. Cropping out the three red lights on the right (The tower on the right end of the picture) would make it even better. Those towers are a great resource for photographers; you can take pictures day and night and always find new views. Btw, I posted quite a few pictures of those towers to TE, some of them of night views similar to this one.

Of this series you present here I like this one best - well exposed, good details. It presents the shrine in all its glory. The sky is a bit grainy, but the photo still very good.
