Photographer's Note

View of Arthur-Seat the dormant volcano which is some +/-250m above sea-level, from the Holyrood-Palace Park. The fog just was about to dissipate and clear sight of its peak was visible. (Actually, we can see people on the summit). There are several trails to climb up, and descend from a different side, as we did: climbed from behind the foreground slope, and return from the Salisbury-Crags "Radical Rd." As already shown from the Crags.
The wide green lawn area is just east of the palace backyard, right side on this picture, at 55.953, -3.169 on the map.
