Photographer’s Note

This lovely bridge over the Spree river was builted in 1894-96 by project of Otto Stahn, it´s made of concrete with the arches covered by red bricks.
The decoration is of neo-gothic type and two lines of the metro pass on top of the structure.
This bridge was closed for 12 years before the reunification of Berlin because it conected the two sides of the Wall, only properly documented people on foot could crossed it.
