This procession shows the social structure from the island community. Everyone has a particular place in the procession, according to the social standing and the professional occupation. Every public organisation, such as schools, hospitals, military, etc. is represented in the procession, as well as corporations, associations, sport clubs, bands, and so on. It will take you more than a couple of hours to see all the procession passing at a particular point!
The statue carries an inestimable treasury of platinum, gold and gemstones. The aureole alone has 6,842 incrusted stones; the crown is gold, but the thorns were made from 1,082 gemstones.
