Sesimbra is a municipality of Portugal, in the Setúbal district, lying at the foothills of the Serra da Arrábida, a mountain range between Setúbal and Sesimbra.
Due to its particular position at the Bay of Setúbal, near the mouth of the Sado river and its natural harbour, it’s an important fishing town, with a total area of 195.0 km² and a total population of 37,567 inhabitants.
Land of fishermen and all the activities related to it.
"A beautiful town located on the base of some mounts with some of the beautiful little beachs of Portugal.
Near the bay we can find numerous restaurants and hotels and just behind them the typical houses of the fishermen. It's nice to be at the beach and look up to see as the town grows over the hills with the restaurants and hotel lines, the typical houses and on top of it guarding the town its castle, right on top of the mount. A really nice town, worth to be visited and enjoy its atmosphere.”(text Vato_Law)
In the heart of the picturesque fisherman's town of Sesimbra and only one step away from a sandy beach of sapphire-blue waters, this is an oasis of rest and relaxation. Nestled between the lush green of the Arrábida Natural Park and the ocean. Sesimbra also includes outdoor swimming pools, a kids club, a beach club and several meeting rooms. There is also a shopping gallery .

Preciosa vista de la Bahía de Sesimbra en la hora azul, tiene muy buenos contrastes de colores y una buena iluminacion de la ciudad, buen encuadre y un magnifico POV.

Bonjour Filipe,
vue nocturne classique, mais je sais qu'on se plait bien à choisir un POV original et expérimenter des temps de pose et des ouvertures différentes pour obtenir la meilleure photo.
Teintes fortes ici et un dégradé dans le ciel très séduisant. Une photo qui calme.

Lindíssima. Esta foto prima pela "limpeza" da vista e pela exposição excelente que apresenta. Gosto muito.
É curioso que já fui muitas vezes a Sesimbra mas nunca estive deste lado da vila. Vou sempre em direcção ao centro pois o meu objectivo é sempre um restaurante muito bom, no largo em frente à praia!

Ola Filipe, where I live in Sydney, there is a huge Portugese population :) We go to a restaurant called Madeira Grill which has a poster of a Portugese city with a very similar POV. I believe your photo is even better than the one in the restaurant. It is a beautiful Blue Hour image, with amazing sharpness, DOF and lovely golden lights.
