I have just done some clone on the photo, using PSP, put a new frame on it after a crop, and sharpen it a bit.

First I like if there is a staight line in left side to the stone. I have rotatet the picture 4 degree to the right.

I have crop the photo, a bit sharpen after crop, put a small frame to end it, and all done in PSP took only 1 min.

I have first rotatet the picture 1 degree to the right, to make the hoisont line straight. The crop the photo, and I think you frame was dominating the photo, thats way a smal one.
Last I have sharpen the photo.

As I told in my comment the hoizon was wrong. Remember if you are taken photo with warter, the line of hoizon shal alwas be straight.

I have rotatet the picture 4 degree and left it here, so you can se how much it is.

The only thing you should look at in my worksop is the vertical lines. I have rotatet the photo 2 degree to the left in PSP and crop it.

My workshop is to Dorte and others. This is 50 m in front of the Light Tower and a sea look as there was ask fore.

I have removed the man beside here face and removed here fingers, a small crop, and a small frame the sharpen it a bit in PSP.

I have adjust the light, the color, the sharpen in PSP. The result would be better doing that on the orginal. Hope you se dif.
