Intro: With no formal qualifications, and self- taught. I picked up the shutterbug from my father. I was brought my first “real “ camera as a Christmas present and have never looked back!

The saying “ have camera will travel “ has been very true for me, and I was fortunate to land the position of Photographer onboard some of the biggest and most luxurious Cruise ships in the world.

This gave me, the enviable opportunity of seeing some of the world, and get paid for it!
In 1996 I was awarded a licentiate with the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain

My passion for Photography is equalled to my love of the great outdoors. With the English Lake District being a particular favourite of mine.

I am as enthusiastic now, as I was when I first started Photography and shoot on both 35mm transparency and Digital.
