| Introdução: | Hi, Time for an update. I live in a beautiful part of Australia - the NSW Southern Highlands - about 100km outside Sydney. From there we do lots of travel both in Australia and overseas (she with art materials, me with camera)- the only limit - money! Despite the number of people and number of photos on TE there are interesting and beautiful places that are not as represented as they should be so I will make it my priority to fill some of the gaps (as well as the odd cliched location). You'll see quite a variety amongst my photos which fall into 3 groups: 1 Recent photos taken since I swapped to digital in 2006. These include a lot of photos from a major trip around Europe in 2006 through France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Ireland. I still have quite a few photos from that trip to upload. There are also recent photos from Australia especialy Norfolk Island as well as around the region where I live and most recently Far North Queensland. 2 The next group are from my years of film SLRs and cover a lot of travel through Australia, Europe, Asia and the South Pacific. Unfortunately even though I mostly used premium film some of the negatives have deteriorated quite quickly so some places where I took good photos will remain under represented. 3 Some of my most interesting (although not best) photos come from when I was using an Olympus Pen half frame camera. You'll find a selection of photos from when I lived in Papua New Guinea in the early 1970s as well as some from travels in Europe, Asia and Australia. Many of the slides from that period are now badly discoloured with age but I've been able to rescue some of interest - please excuse blue tinges in some where I've tried not to over restore. Future travel plans: Morocco, Spain and yet another visit to France in early 2009.
