Intro: Hi there,
My name is Helena, I'm Swedish and I live in Osaka where I work as an Visual Merchandiser and Interior Designer.

My work has taken me to many places but it wasn't until I moved to Australia (that's faaaar away from home!!) that I realized two things. First thing: Australia is a really nice country and second: I didn't have any pictures of my home town or anything Swedish! So I went out and bought my first digital camera and started taking pictures! First of Melbourne and then Sweden... By the time I moved to Tokyo photography had become a big hobby so I decided to buy a Nikon D50. We became good friends and we travelled the world together until he (my D50) ended his days with a big crash on a crossing in Osaka...so I had to buy a new friend; a Nikon D90! And that's the camera I'm using now.

I'm interested in learning more about how I can improve my photos and myself as a photographer, so please give me feed back on how I can improve! I don't know how to use Photoshop, but I am using other (free) software so any ideas or tips on editing is more than welcome.

I'm happy to receive comments on old pics too :)
