Safe routes on sea are marked with red and green poles like this. This particular pole is also an example of the damage that can be done to the pole if it is driven into the water with excessive violence at the time of installation.
Or maybe there is some optical illusion involved here. Anyway - on the lake Runn a sunny day in September - safely floating on the surface.

Very well composed. The colour of the water is beautiful with its various shades of blue. The reflection of the left channel mark is superb.

Simple composition. Beautiful shade of deep blue color in the water. The reflection of the red pole is really hot! Nice framed picture with the thin red border to intensify the composition. Very well done!

Great colors and a finely balanced composition! But in my eyes, you might remove the red frameworks, it diverts a little bit too much from the pole and the dark blue of the water at the frame below.

Simple composition that is very pleasant to look at. The red / blue colors are strong and with good contrast. But what makes the shot more interesting is the nice zigzag reflection of the red pole.

Very simple components brought together in a most tremendous way by the color contrast red/blue a still landscape and the strong curved clear reflection in the water placed dynamicly left in the composition. Good framing with the repetition of the red.

Marvelous and tranquile capture here Ebbe. Love the texture of the water and the reflections. The fact that the hard driven pole is slightly curved, adds very much to the feel of the pic. Very nice work.
