Photographer’s Note
The world is in a constant change and the spots previously used by the traditional windmills for cereal grinding are nowadays being used for electrical generators.
I am trying to get a shot of still working typical windmill with some of the new ones, but at the rate of the new ones apearence its just a matter of some time.
This shot was taken in the surrounding area of Montejunto mountain range.

Hej Daniel,
A very nice view over the golden lights to these two modern wind mills. The other tower works well too in cooperation with the mills. It gives a better balance. The sky takes care of a fine background. Well done!

Windmills seem to be everywhere in Portugal. Very nice composition with the old and the new ones. Great colors and a beautiful clouded sky. TFS

Nice composition contrasting the old windmill with the modern ones. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. THe cut field in the foreground adds nice texture to the photo.

Your gallery sure has some great masterpieces, but due to work Im not able to visit it as often as I want to. This image too is like a landscape painting done with care and craftsmanship. the composition and colorus are superb.

Bom dia Daniel, este fim de semana fiz uma caminhada para os lados de Loures (cabeço de montachique) onde há uma imensidão daqueles moinhos que eu até considero bem bonitos. Até pensei que esta fosse de lá, mas já vi que não. Gosto da tua composição embora concorde que esteja um pouco escura. O WS do Cessy está bastante bom - Confesso que também não percebo nada dos curves, mas eu também não exploro muito essa área.
