Photographer’s Note

Today he is became … He was not a tsar. He was the most democratic governor of Russia for its all history. It has incured the responsibility for construction of postcommunist Russia. He is abused for unsuccessful reforms, but Russia could avoid civil war, as, say, Yugoslavia. It has disengaged armies from the Baltic states, has made the big step towards to former opponents of NATO. Owing to its will the basic economic reforms have been lead to Russia, there was a political freedom.
He has left on December, 31st 1999, given a up the place to Putin.

It is a photo my friend in 1996, when Boris Yeltsin came to Perm within the limits of the electoral programme has made.
