Photographer's Note

Taken in the village of Ollyantambo, there are some Inca ruins built in the shape of a llama, and the village below is built in the shape of corn. There are many stone terraces with an very good irrgation system, and on the mountain opposite is a huge grainery. In this same mountain you can see where the Incas carved the face of the sun god into the side of the mountain, and further up some three more faces exactly where the sun shines on the summer solstice on the 21st of June.
