Allez, on est dimanche, et pour changer, je vous propose un post d'une église impressionnante ! La Frauenkirche de Dresde.

Cet édifice baroque a été, à sa construction en 1743, la plus grande église protestante d'Allemagne. C'était même le symbole de la ville.
Elle ne résista pas aux bombardements alliés de février 1945...
Elle a été reconstruite à l'identique et achevée fin 2005. Ce qui est frappant, ce sont les briques noires, qui tranchent dans la couleur générale claire: ces briques noires sont des originales de l'ancienne église détruite...elles ont été intégrées à la reconstruction.

En effet, elle est impressionnante. Un cadrage et une netteté qui mettent bien en valeur cette belle architecture.
De très jolies couleurs qui ressortent bien sur ce beau ciel bleu.
Un commentaire intéressant.

elle est superbe cette place, quelle magnifique architecture ! Entre les façades colorées et cette église (reconstruite), il y'a de quoi faire.
Une bonne composition où l'on pourrait reprendre un peu la perspective.

Excellent exposure and very bright light in a very colourful palet. Love the sharpness and the crips and high contrast colours.
Detail in the Cathedral is very high, really perfect exposure on that.

A wonderful view of Dresden with people enjoying a Sunday stroll. Very good composition, including the buildings on the right as well as the strollers enables us to gain a sense of the mass of this wonderful baroque church. Perfect detail and excellent colours.

une sympathique vue d'ensemble, il y a bcp de details et je trouve que la qualite est tres bonne. Les couelurs sont assez froides (canon oblige) mais sont bien presentes.
Une eglise impressionnante comme tu dis.

Une belle église, Christophe, bien reconstruite. Quand on pense dans quel état la dernière guerre avait mis cette ville on est en admiration devant un tel travail.
Bonne utilisation du filtre polarisant qui donne du relief à l'édifice avec un ciel bien foncé.

Chouette ta photo, un beau rendu presque surnaturel. Personellement je préfère quand le ciel est moins saturé mais le temps était magnifique je suppose.
Tu as vraiment déjà bcq voyagé.

A bright, warm shot of this historic and beautiful city. I like the foreground, with the people walking about and good shadow effects. The baroque style architecture of the church is well seen here, with the magnificent edifice nicely balanced by the colourful building on the left. Your polarizer really helped enhance the photo and provide great contrast. Superb clarity of detail in this well rendered shot.

Très jolie photo de ville, cette cathédrale est vraiment magnifique. Je sais que cette ville a été rasée par le bombardement des alliés pendant la deuxième guerre mondiale. On a aussi vu un reportage récemment sur Arte de la reconstruction de ce monument. C'est un symbole des habitants de dresden !
Le ciel bleu en arrière-plan est très bien également.

This is a great shot contrasting the stunning architecture of this cathedral with the mundane architecture to the left. The detail is well drawn out by your shot with beautiful colour and exposure. The blue sky is the most stunning aspect to the shot, though, as it delivers very strong impact. Well done.

Hello Christophe. This is very emotional photo for me to see as a German; the ruins of the church used to lie as a memorial during East-German communist times, and the successful rebuilding and last year's reopening were one of the big events in recent German history. Good comprehensive framing to show the grand architecture of the church beside the colorful old houses. Greetings from Nagoya.
