Photo prise au bord de la rivière Yellow Waters, un spectacle sans pareil, et non seulement pour ce merveilleux coucher de soleil, mais pendant la demi heure que j’étais là, avec mon boîtier sur trépied et mon déclencheur souple, une ligne presque continu d’oiseaux en V défilé à l’horizon, une vrai merveille. C’est là que l’on regrette un deuxième boîtier avec le super tele pour capturer ces belles silhouettes au milieu du soleil, mais…
Plus de 2 millions d’oiseaux transitent par ce parc au cours de l’année
Yellow Waters is famous for it’s magnificent sunset. Not only was it as spectacular as it’s
reputation but during the ½ hour I was there, a flock of birds in a perfect V flew past. It was splendid but too far away to take with this lens. I would have wished for a second camera with
the tele on it.
Yellow Water Billabong is located at the end of Jim Jim Creek, a tributary of the South Alligator River. The South Alligator river system, which is the largest in Kakadu National Park, contains extensive wetlands that include river channels, floodplains and backwater swamps.
About one third of Australia's bird species are represented in Kakadu National Park, with at least 60 species found in the wetlands. Whistling ducks and Magpie Geese are the most abundant.

Le dessin créé par les nuages dans le ciel et superbe et les couleurs sont splendides. Bonne utilisation du grand angle et bon cadrage pour laisser toute la place à ce ciel.

Fantastique Toni,
surréaliste dans un réalisme, celui de la nature.
Un cadrage vraiment approprié pour donner la vedette à ce ciel qui s'est mis sur son 31, mais aussi pour saluer ce soleil couchant avec les couleurs chaudes qu'il envoient et les reflets merveilleux sur le plan d'eau.
C'est très artistique.

qué impresionante cielo, las tonalidades de los colores calientes de la base que se mezclan con los fríos azules como fondo, y con estas miles de nubes todas esparcidas, como viniendo de lo lejos, desde un mismo punto, crean un efecto visual muy bueno. Bonito atardecer.
Parece una invasión de algunos alienigenas!

Toni, you are a true master of the sky! This is a great example of a shot where the sky is the landscape, and is a beautiful as any mountain or forest. You captured a beautiful sweeping curve of clouds near the horizon, coming down to the ground in the centre, which unifies the whole picture. Excellent!

Salut Toni. A very impressive and moody photo indeed, where the low positioning of the horizon was well chosen to just include the minimal required scenic context for this impressive sunset. The converging cloud formations and the way they are lit from underneath look quite stunning. Very nice photo.

What an incredible sky, the lights on these clouds, the converging perspective down to the bottum of the frame to make it more dramatic with the orange light of the sun dwarving in to the dark blue sky texturing the clouds. A most unique well capture colored moment, outstanding.

El otro día exclamabas ante un cielo cantábrico que había retratado en Asturias. Ahora yo no sé que decir, o quizá es lo mejor, sentarse y dejarse llevar por este anochecer, imaginarse allí cotemplando como el sol se va. A veces la palabra maravilla puede resultar superficial, yo creo que es la forma más clara de adjetivar esta foto. Enhorabuena Toni.

Une photo comme on en voit peu. C'est une chance de se trouver devant un tel spectacle avec un appareil à la main. Ces nuages se détachent du ciel et font la beauté du cliché. Dans mes photos favorites !

voici un magnifique tapis de nuages qui laissent passer juste ce qu'il faut de ciel bleu pour que le coucher de soleil donne ces beaux tons jaunes orangés. en plus il y a de trés beaux reflets avec cette eau et dans le fond la végetation en ombre chinoise c'est wouaaaaaaawwwwwww j'ai plus de mot tellement je trouve belle votre photo.
