Photographer’s Note
I don’t know what these three old ladies were chatting and laughing about in an ancient village in Bac Ninh Province, some 30 km N. of Hanoi. Looking at their happiness and half-secret, I guess they agreed on one ancient topic: “my husband too!”. Who knows?

Hundreds of travelers who flew VIETNAM AIRLINES told me the young flight attendants never show a smile while they are at work, and that their faces are as critical as POLIT-BUREAU agents during international "peace talk". In the USA, I read a lot of Job-Openings stated: IF YOU HAVE A SMILING FACE, COME WITH US, BECAUSE YOU GOT YOUR JOB".
Could you explain me how did these "cute" ladies could have happy faces like in your picture? And how the manager of Vietnam Airlines could learn the lesson of SMILING FACE, A MUST-n-FIRST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
There is a popular observation that, in Vietnam, you don't need anything (skill, education, training...) but just a political record verifying that your parent a high-rank member of communist party, your job is guaranteed. Is this just a bad rumor, or the truth?

These ladies look like a lot of fun - I think this is a fine close up contrast to your other posts Nhiem and shows your versatility as a photographer - it is very humerous and I like your supposition as to their subject too! Very funny!

It's a great moment indeed, their humour is so empassioned and intense here. The blurred lady acts as a great bridge to the third woman on the right-- her eye contact following the line setup by the left woman. Only her blur is distracting.
Faster shutter speed next time-- maybe 1/60+. Let the aperture take care of itself.

wonderful, I think the fact they are inter-acting with each other adds tremendous quality to your shot, not to mention how you managed to have them well in focus but still with a softness in the light certainly adding tenderness to the scene or how you read it.
