A 1935 Duesenberg SJ LaGrande.

A Wikipedia page about the luxurious custom-made cars from Auburn, Indiana.
I think this specific car is in no driving-validity as it has no Israeli license-plate only a sign with the owner name.
A WS show the left-hand side. Spotted in the parking lot in the Herzlyia marina, has a stunning design and red color. The "SJ" is a shortcut to its Super-Charger version.

Coming to think about, it was manufactured during the Great-Depression years in the USA – quite an amazing irony.
