Photographer’s Note
I took this shot whilst I was on an excursion in the countryside around Pinar del Rio. We were taking a break in the shade after just having visited a tabaco drying hut, when this campesino (roughly translated into a farmer or someone who lives in the countryside) cycled past with what looked like a sack of grain. What caught my eye was the fact he had a big cigar in his mouth despite the fact he was cysling and the clothes he was wearing.
The shot has been cropped slightly, brightness/contrast adjusted and sharpened.

This is a nice shot with a good composition, sharpness and great natural colors. What a find mostly interesting is the contrast of seeing this macho looking man with the muscles, cigar,mustach and direct look... travelling on an old model bicyle.
Too bad that pictures from the Caribeans and South America are not that popular on TE... I think that soon it will have to be called TrekAsia..
