Photographer’s Note
Something different today. Taken through a glass window with a polarizer, which cut, but did not eliminate all the reflections of the internal fluoro lights in the highrise building (17th floor). I tried using dust & scratches & gaussian blur in the sky to remove unwanted reflections. The Kangaroo Point Cliffs (a favourite of rockclimbers), & the Botanical Gardens / Brisbane River are in the foreground.

HI Chris,
Very nice rainbow you got there, its rising over the city and diversity of tones is spectacular, the small reflection is IMO a minor point that does not spoil the result.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Wonderful capture of the nature phenomenon, Chris! :-) I love the impact on the sky and the colourful arch, falling over the fine layers of urban buildings and greenery in FG. Finely chosen DOF and saturation of colours. Congratulations!

Hi Chris, this shot was taken 4yrs before I moved to Kangaroo Point, it would be interesting to take it again today to see the
massive changes to the skyline, good capture
of the rainbow.
Cheers

Interesting catch with the rainbow arch curving across the urban scenery, Chris. Striking rendition of light, and beautiful saturated colors. Very nice one.

Hi Chris, This is a very nice double pleasure. The lower rainbow was so close-by, it appeared in the foreground of the river bank and the crane. An outstanding picture.

Hi Chris,
Très belle image de cet arc-en-ciel. J'aime la présence de la grande tour qui casse la monotonie du paysage. Bon cadrage. Très bon !

Hi Chris,
I cant really imagine 63K for the points accumulated. That is beyond my imagination.
But looking at your shots, it justifies.
Really excellent productions and presentations.
I must congratulate you for that.

Foozi
