The dhobi is a traditional laundryman in Indian villages, who will collect your dirty linen, wash it, and return it neatly pressed to your doorstep. Here is a photograph of a once such dhobi in Kolkata going through his daily chores.

Good composition/framing...the movement in the water and the reflection, but may be a bit underexposed tough! Keep it up!

I read that this picture was taken in Bengal, the land of great movie director Satjyajit Ray to whom this photo could be dedicated because reminds me a lot to some frames of the Apu Trilogy. Thanks for sharing.
