Interesting exposure, making the well exposed cloth the main point of the photo, the woman that is washing it is darker, giving more importance to the cloth.

What a wonderful shot! Congratulations Alfred.
The composition is perfect, with the left woman complete and the other blue one on the right. The uniformity of the background increases the scene. The transparence of the wet sari and the drops falling from it gives a certain moviment in the whole peacefull scene.
The light passing through the sari is great and very well captured, and all the colours looks very clear. It has impress me, thanks for sharing it. rgds.

Just got a new washingmachine - the old one was over 16 years old - it simply rusted away :-( Hard to image how life would be without - thanks Alfred for showing me how it must be - a fine compostion and a great image - excellent DOF.

Alfred,
Well done with this colorful capture,
I like it for the colors for the sari, and the water in background.
And most of all the mystery of not seeing their faces
Taken it from behind makes it very interesting.

Great shot Alfred,
Good amount of detail, nice composition and color saturation (very true color- not exagerated). I like the fact that you captured these ladies from behind, adding a sense of mystery to the shot.
Cheers!

Simply wonderful picture Alfred, the light the serenity, the water drops and the colors, and what else .. The movement and the message.. I also like the background which is so simple. Goes into my favorites: I would certainly put this picture in my India exhibition held 15 days ago, if I had taken it. Izzet Keribar
