Photographer’s Note
The inhabitants from here usually say the best nocturnal view one can have from here is from the place where this photo was taken – Marabá Avenue. The ones who come from other places often talk about what they see when they arrive here. Because of these comments, and also because I agree with them, I tried to capture the beauty of the view. It was 7:02 pm when I shot, and night had just fallen.
Looking at the picture now, I have the feeling reality is better and more beautiful. Despite that, here’s the shot.

Uma boa foto com lindas cores. O ceu esta optimo com uma ambiente pesado e cheio. A nitidez das luzes em primeiro plano esta optima.

It is easier to go and see what people are saying than looking for it. And when there are a lot of people saying the same thing, I think they called that phenomenon "popular". It can be seen why this is a popular place to view the cityscene. It is like looking at a carpet of lights don't you think Livio.

Legal a definição do coleguinha Rabani. Realmente a cidade parecer formar um tapete luminoso... fotos noturnas são muito bacanas.
Engraçado. Issoi me lembrou a viagem que eu fiz ao norte de Minas em setembro. Ao chegar em BH à noite tive a mesma sensação ao ver essa sua foto... a cidade se estendia até o infinito, como um grande campo de flores luminosas...

Patos é maior que Avaré com 100.000.... Patos deve ter 150.000 habitantes (?)...
Mas devem ter a mesma 'idade' Avaré foi fundada em 1861.
Uma excelente foto noturna...os 15 segundos foram suficientes para os 'rastros' dos carros.
