Photographer’s Note
Another shot from my Easter long weekend at Wilsons Prom, a different compostion from the previous shot onf this beach, emphasising the beach rather than the sky.
The southernmost point of the Australian mainland, Wilsons Promontory (affectionately known to Victorians as 'the Prom') is arguably the most loved national park in Victoria. Its 130 km coastline is framed by granite headlands, mountains, forests and fern gullies. The park contains the largest coastal wilderness area in Victoria.

Hi Steve,
f29 and handheld? The depth is impressive and the composition is quite nice as well.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Steve,
Another fine capture of this very pretty beach. I've really enjoyed your Wilson's Prom series, its brought back many great memories from when I was a young man. Back then I was into ocean racing and I did 5 Sydney to Hobart's, our favourite stopping off place on the way back was Refuge Cove, the next cove south from Sealers Cove, it had a beautiful little beach on the southern end fed by a crystal clear but freezing cold freshwater stream. That was nearly forty years ago so no telling what it's like today, I hope it's the same as when I was last there.
Best regards
Peter

Hi stephen,
Really nice place for a picnic.
Great earthy colours, with an impeccable sharpness and wonderful traces of water.
Great job,
Thomas
