Lisbon Cathedral
Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa or Sé de Lisboa is the cathedral of Lisbon and the oldest church in the city. Since the beginning of the construction of the cathedral, in the year 1147, the building has been modified several times and survived many earthquakes. It is nowadays a mix of different architectural styles.

Hello Paulo. I read a critique not so long ago where one was making fun of yellow trams! Well, yours is not bad at all. Really not bad at all. Nice architecture and daily life subject that, in my opinion, fits well in TE ideology. Nice perfectly vertical lines and dynamism of the turning tram. Claude.

Um bom enquadramento e closeUP, os detalhes são muitos e bons principalmente nas linhas do trol que por vezes são aborrecidas nas fotos, mas neste caso ficaram bem e expressivas a fazerem a curva. Enfim um postal da Velha Lisboa com a Sé e o não menos famoso 28.

Good timing for capturing famous yellow tram of Lisbon front of ancient facades. The light is very well managed with shadowed part and excellent addition of visitors with rich ornamented facade.

Looking at your pict I couldn't say exactly what is what I like more of it, if the timing of it, or the yellow lisbon tram (I love them eben withouut having been there!), or the whole compo with the stones of the Cathedral façade in the backgroud. Very well execured!

very nice composition.
I spent in this exact place half an hour or so and actually before and after the noon trying to produce a nice scene but I am not happy with what I did, but I like very much your work.
Cutting the cathedral was a great idea. Not including the sky give this shot very interesting colors and atmosphere.

I really like the composition of that photo!
First, it makes me learn that Lisbon Cathedral is situated in the Alfama district, and that it's a very old masterpiece of architecture! The typical tram taking a turn in front of it gives the best of effects!

I believe this very beautiful picture belongs also to the category daily life.
It's a nice view on the entrance gate of Sé de Lisboa and the visitors on the stairs are well included. But the special beauty on this photo is the yellow tram appearing from behind the corner.
