Photographer's Note
This is a shot I took from my window, there is a series of them, but I will posted them mixed with other images.
Here we can see a retired rural workman climbing the street, we can see hoes and plastic tarpaulins inside its cart, but if you pay attention you will see a rustic machine in format of V, it is a manual planter.
This man cleans dirty empty urban lots and plant food on them and earn something with this.
Soil of my region is very rich and we have abundant rains and in few days empty lots become full of wild herbs attracting snakes, spiders, rats, criminals... And this kind of work permit the lots being cleaned and the workman can harvest what he planted.

Vemos aqui um trabalhador rural aposentado que subia a rua, vemos na sua carriola enxadas, lonas de plástico e uma plantadeira manual.
Esse senhor limpa terrenos baldios e planta alimentos neles, ganhando algo com isso.

Hello Jorge,
He evidently has a very hard life this wandering gardener. Very good street capture. Well exposed with fine colours and clarity. I like the shadows cast by the man and the dog.

Hello Jorge,
A fine street-photo and an interesting note about a profession that is quite unknown in my country. I find this kind of glimpse of daily life usually more interesting than photos of monuments seen so many times before. By coincidence the colours are very nicely harmonizing.

Una buena imagen callejera, con el ambiente del dia a dia, en este momento y en este lugar, al hombre parece que le cuesta subir la carretilla por la calle en pendiente, el perro no parece tener tampoco muchas ganas de caminar.
Buena gestion de la luminosidad y una nitidez.

Jorge, pleasant daily life scene showing a manual planter. He is carrying his tools in his wheelbarrow. He is wearing a hat to protect him against the sun and boots. It should be a hard worker.
