Photographer's Note
Carathool is a small town not far from the Murrumbidgee River. It is not prosperous. This used to be the general store, abandoned but looking like it is or has been worked upon.
The town only has one modern building - the pub. It is modern only because the old one burnt down.

Hello Ian Another interesting place in your outback excursion. It doesn't look so abandoned, maybe they will make something here. But who will come? Were there any tourists in the pub? Excellent dreamy composition.

A good capture of this remote Australian homestead. Excellent sharpness and natural looking colours and saturation. Looks like there was a plan to brick in the veranda or part thereof. Tfs!
