[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista
Golden Gate Park in San Francisco is home to the Japanese Tea Gardens. This attraction was built in 1894, and features gardens and a stall selling green tea. The atmosphere is calm & relaxed!

This photo was taken without a tripod, instead I was able to sit the camera on a wooden post & use the self timer to take the picture.

Post processing for this image involved running auto-levles, unsharp mask, increasing contrast then decreasing brightness.

Hello Peter.
Nice composition.
Was the fall higher? If so a more vertical take will have given a sense of height.(sorry for my english)
Also,we always like the effect on water of a slow speed, the problem is that we get some overexposure if the light is strong.Lately I bought some ND filter for this kind of situation,I posted one of these photo which was taken at 3o'clock under a very strong sun.I still get some burned sky but the effect was acceptable.I could get a better results if the picture is taken in late afternoon or early evening.

Hope these info will be useful to you.
PS.I still consider myself a beginner but learning a lot through this site.
Charles
