I took this picture when I had gone to DC to see the Cherry Blossom Festival. These flowers were planted close to the cherry trees near theTidal Basin. I have cropped and resized the image and added a border.

Nice and clean and bright..that is how to shoot them. I suggest stopping down a little darker fo bring out a little more color. Nice setting and photo.

nice framing, colors and pov. I like the light going through the tulips, opening like they're trying to capture as much sun as possible.
