May 22: Haines, AK
Back to the flow of events that day: When we got back to town, we had a few hours to spend before our afternoon excursion. So, we decided to walk to the American Bald Eagle Foundation Raptor Center and Natural History Museum. On our way there, I took two quick photos of the harbor. Although the other photo has a better view of the surroundings, I did not like the plants creeping up from the bottom of the frame, so that has been relegated to the workshop.
Haines Small Boat Harbor offers the following services: Permanent and transient moorage, 30/50 Amp Power, water (in the summer), recycling and waste disposal, lighting, launch ramp, tidal grid, fuel dock with access to a crane, ice by the ton. Phase 1 of the expansion of the harbor was finished in April 2018.
The prominent boat in the main entry, Pavlof, is a fish processing vessel. It was built in 1941 and has a gross tonnage of 178.

O gün yaşanan olayların akışına dönelim: Şehre geri döndüğümüzde öğleden sonra gezimize çıkmadan önce birkaç saatimiz vardı. Bu yüzden, Amerikan Kel Kartal Vakfı Yırtıcı Kuş Merkezi ve Doğa Tarihi Müzesi'ne yürümeye karar verdik. Oraya giderken limanın iki fotoğrafını çektim. Diğer fotoğraf çevreyi daha iyi gösterse de de, çerçevenin dibinden fışkıran bitkileri beğenmedim, bu yüzden atölyeye çekildi.
Haines Küçük Tekne Limanı şu hizmetleri sunmaktadır: Kalıcı ve geçici demirleme, 30/50 Amp Güç, su (yaz aylarında), geri dönüşüm ve atık bertarafı, aydınlatma, rampa, gelgit ızgarası, vince erişimi olan yakıt rıhtımı, tonla verilen buz. Limanın genişlemesinin 1. etabı Nisan 2018'de tamamlanmıştır.
Ana girişteki önde çıkan tekne Pavlof, bir balık işleme gemisidir. 1941 yılında inşa edilmiş olup, gros tonajı 178’dir.

The blue water contrasts well with the yellow green vegetation and the red hulled boat in the bg. Good sharpness and saturation. The houses on the slopes among the trees look like nice places to live. Tfs!

The colours are wonderful and very well-saturated, most of all the green of the trees and the blue of the calm water of course, but the red of the ship in the middle is also a good addition. A very nice and pleasant view of this harbour.

quite saturated color tones.
I like in particular the bright blue color of the water which is popular next to glaciers.
The red boat goes very well with it adding one more color to the scene,
