Photographer's Note

This is another shot taken from underneath one of the many Hwy overpasses. Its like a different world under here haha.

It was early morning, and the lighting was very poor, so i'm not exactly sure why i'm posting this one - other than because I want to show different viewpoints in the city.

In the WS is a similar view but different. This area is popular with locals who are out for their early morning jog or cyclists getting in a few miles before work. Its the same area where I captured the Chinese ladies performing/practising their dance routine.

I almost got smoked by a fast cyclist while taking photos. It would have been my fault, I wasn't paying attention :) Then a few min later I witnessed a young girl get smoked by a cyclist, it was pretty nasty. In the end she was ok, but hurt, bleeding, in pain, crying...

If you ever make it to Manhattan, visit Chinatown in the Lower East Side and take a walk towards the River. That's where you'll find these interesting and NON Touristy views.
