Photographer's Note

This is one of many photos I took on an evening after work at The Entrance, when I was working on the Central Coast of New South Wales. It happens rarely, but you know the feeling when the light is doing things you never thought it could? It was extraordinary and was constantly changing within a very short space of time. It went from grey, silver and gold tones to orange and black then to blue and pink. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to be there and to witness it.

Canon 5D
f/13
30 seconds
ISO 125
24mm using 24-105mm lens
Spot metering
Tripod and shutter release
No graduated filter unfortunately I left it at home!
