The Rundle mountain dominates the town of Banff top from these 2949 m. Of lacs Vermilion , the sight is very beautiful. The town of Banff is locasted between the two, in the forest.

The Rundle mountain received its name in 1859 in the honor of Robert Rundle, a English missionary methodist, who traversed these valleys about 1840.
