Photographer's Note

I have posted this scene last year showing hay rows in the field. But this year the crop is corn. Many farmers switch crops in fields to prevent the soil nutrients from being exhausted. So this is a corn crop and the plan is to see how fast it grows by taking another few shots throughout teh summer to see these stalks climb.
I deliberatly kept the exposure about 1.5 stops below normal exposure to allow you to see it how I saw it in the morning. When the farmer sows the corn he makes tracks around the field first. Then he carefully drops the seeder and drives almost perflectly straight across the field. I like how the corn lines reveal little dips in the field.
About 90 days from now this will be full height. That means only two more pics need to be taken till they are full height. So we will see.
