Photographer's Note

Last year, we went on a trip to New Brunswick. I enjoyed it a lot.
There, we went to Acadia. People are very, very friendly! It is noticeable! My husband had the same impression.
A remarkable thing is that all the people we spoke to could speak French as well as English.
Although other provinces also offer services in both official languages of the country, and Quebec is the province in which the rate of bilingualism is the highest, it is surprising that NB is the only officially bilingual province in Canada.
Indeed, they speak both languages very well.
About these buildings:
These twin buildings, serving now as warehouse to the company C. L. Comeau, were built at the end of the 1800s and were connected to leather craft. Their heritage value is related to its old architecture, among only few remaining examples in Caraquet.
